Our services are customized to benefit each clients needs. They can include swedish, deep tissue, reflexology, trigger point therapy, or sports massage. We are always working to educate ourselves on different techniques to provide the best results.
Swedish Massage
Graceful and relaxing strokes, given with light to firm pressure.
Deep Tissue Massage
More of an area focused massage, given with firm to deeper pressure so that relief can be given to the muscle.
Sports Massage
Targets muscle release and will help improve flexibility, reduce pain and increase range of motion. It incorporates stretching and resisting, active and passive. Can be beneficial for athletes an non-athletes.
Prenatal Massage
Massage session design just for mommies, focused on relaxing and giving relief during this wonderful time.
Reflexology Massage
A form of bodywork that involves applying pressure to the hands and feet to produce changes in pain and other benefits elsewhere in the body.
Trigger Point Therapy
Technique that applies concentrated finger pressure to "trigger points" (painful irritated areas in muscles) to break cycles of spasm and pain.
